4-16 / 17 / 18	Sanborn Fields Stillwater, Ok	Kappa Delta's 27th annual Shamrock Softball Tournament * Team Captain must attend coach’s meeting at 7:00 a.m. on April 17th. (Subject to change based on tournament start time. You will be notified in advance.) * The entry fee is $200. Please include checks (written to Kappa Delta Shamrock) when turning in registration. * Entry fee and registration is no later than April. 9th at 5 p.m. Kappa Delta Shamrock 220 S. Cleveland Stillwater, OK 74074 * Rules and brackets will be discussed at the coach’s meeting. ASA rules and regulations will be used. * You need to supply your own softballs for your team: *MUST be- ASA .44/375.* * Double elimination tournament. * NO alcohol is permitted on the field or in the stands at the tournament. * All games will be played at Sanborn Fields, near the airport in Stillwater, OK. * Prizes are 1^st place: $300; 2^nd place: $200; 3^rd place: $100. * 80% of proceeds benefit Stillwater Domestic Violence Center and 20% benefits Prevent Child Abuse America. * Opening ceremonies on Friday beginning at 6 p.m. A cook-out style dinner and home run derby will follow. Tournament participants can purchase dinner tickets at a discounted price of $3. The entire team can buy dinner tickets for $50. * Everyone is invited to participate in the Home Run Derby. Entry fee is $10 and includes 10 pitches for the first round. In case of a tie, more rounds will be used to determine a winner at no additional cost. Home Run Derby prizes are as follows 1^st place: $50; 2^nd Place: $25. * Bring your entire family for a weekend full of exciting softball and family, friendly activities. * Questions? 6-26-2010	Carl Smith	Oklahoma USSSA is hosting a tournament on June 26th at Carl Smith Sports Complex and is asking for help coming up with a Tournament Name. We will provide: 8 – 10 bats (Worth Mayhem B.J. Fulk) and softballs (Worth Classic or Classic Plus). All players will be required to use only the bats/softballs provided. The bats will be distributed to the top placing teams at the end of the tournament. There will be additional prizes awarded to the top teams. $200 entry IF you enter by Friday June 11th. After that entry is $225. Double Elimination format, with consolation bracket available for teams that go 0-2 if the brackets are combined All Umpire Fees will be paid by the park! All Softballs will be provided by the ballpark, only the bats provided by worth will be allowed to be used. All Softball Bats will be given away as part of the prize package
